2. Placing an Order

When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding agreement is formed only once we have accepted your order and taken payment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency shown at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We accept payment via the methods shown on our website. Payment must be received in full before we begin production of your order.

4. Personalised and Custom Products

Our baskets are made to order based on the specifications you provide (name, colour, size, and motif). Please double-check all personalisation details before submitting your order, as errors in the information you provide are your responsibility.

Because each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has started.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping & Returns page. These are approximate and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Please allow additional time for manufacturing before dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g. wrong name or colour), please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include remaking the item at no extra cost.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and product photographs — is owned by LittleLooms or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LittleLooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
