Where do I find my tracking number?

Once your basket has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from LittleLooms.

My tracking says "no information available"

It can take 1–3 days after dispatch for tracking information to appear in the system. If nothing shows up after 5 days, please contact us and we'll look into it.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch (10–35 for some international destinations). Please allow an additional 3–5 working days before dispatch for production. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

I haven't received my order

If your estimated delivery window has passed, please email us at support@littlelooms.com with your order number and we'll investigate straight away.
